記者:您是如何定義一款好的除濕干燥設(shè)備?如何對(duì)物料進(jìn)行干燥才能達(dá)到最優(yōu)的效果?
Michael Bathon:Definition and design for be in quality of drying equipment chosen by specified process construction data。 In relation to our own experience we will make a first rough design calculation thereafter we will do some feather drying test with a sample of the product at a relevant pilot dryer to get more exact design data and properties of product while fluidized drying process。

記者:請(qǐng)您針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)除濕干燥設(shè)備的性能特點(diǎn)。談?wù)勀壳笆袌?chǎng)對(duì)除濕干燥設(shè)備技術(shù)性能的需求。
Michael Bathon: As a main aspect design and performance of our drying equipment will fulfill required process data incl。 a wide range of possible variation to control the data of the product。 Further an optimum heat transfer is achieved in vibratory fluidized bed dryer/coolers。 The drying or cooling medium evenly penetrates the product bed which is being conveyed across the perforated sieve。 The large heat exchange area in the fluidized bed provides a rapid heat transfer between solid particles and gas。 Our drying equipment also will be designed in accordance to easiest handling while cleaning purposes adapted to operators installation location。

設(shè)計(jì)和性能是干燥設(shè)備的核心部分。我們?cè)谠O(shè)計(jì)階段會(huì)考慮一系列的而要執(zhí)行的工藝參數(shù)。包括可能影響產(chǎn)品參數(shù)控例的各種變量,其次就是通過(guò)振動(dòng)流化床技術(shù)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化熱傳遞效果:
產(chǎn)品在流化板上被輸送的同時(shí),干燥或冷卻媒介均勻的透過(guò)產(chǎn)品層。流化床的設(shè)計(jì)為固體顆粒和氣體之間的熱傳遞提供了更大的交換空間。此外,我公司設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)的干燥設(shè)備還有一個(gè)顯著的特征就是方便操作、易于清潔。設(shè)備安裝和布局非常人性化。
記者:對(duì)于除濕干燥系統(tǒng)來(lái)說(shuō),分子篩水含量的加工直接影響著物料加工效果,貴公司的除濕干燥系統(tǒng)在檢測(cè)控制含水量,進(jìn)行高效加工上有何獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)?
Michael Bathon:Dehumidifying equipment (e.g.filled by reactive material ofmolecular sieve particles) will be integrated in air supply equipment of our drying systems if process data should get a very low final moisture。 In case of operating with a dehumidifier our customer will get the advantage to handle his product under constant and even well process conditions。 This result in best and 22915 stant production for the drying process。

Michael Bathon: Back to our great experiences in crystallization and drying processes we are able to design and to manufacture it with special construction
to perform an optimized process control。 Drying systems like f uidized bed provided with best possible customized air handling equipment will ensure a high accuracy of product flow and quality。

記者:貴公司的除濕干燥設(shè)備是采用哪種方式對(duì)物料進(jìn)行干燥的?更適用于哪種物料的干燥?
Michael Bathon:For many applications in China and worldwide plastic industries we recommend to use our Vibratory Fluidbed system as a most efficient drying or cooling system。 Our systems like Vibratory Screen Dryer series VSK, Vibratory Fluidbcd Dryer/ Cooler series VF or dVW, Natural frequency Fluidbed dryers series VR as well as our Static Fluidbed dryer series SF will provide a lot of possibilities and also gives the opportunity to choose for best economical way of drying/cooling/ crystaWang/de-dusting the various kind of plastic products of our customer。
As a suitable addition to above described type of machines also our Trough, Tube and Spiral Conveyors are equipped for this purpose either with heat exchangers for cooling water, steam m t ermal ail or with other heat transfer devices。 The beat exchange principle is as follows: Heat is transferred from the product bed via the contact surface of the heat exchanger bottom to the heat transfer medium。 Over and above that all our Vibrating Conveyors facilitate gentle,dust-free, hygienic and gaslight handling of the bulk material。 The contact time,which is important to the heat transfer,can be adapted to individual operating requirements through careful selection of the angle of throw, frequency, vibration amplitude and inclination。 In many respects, spiral conveyors are similar to horizontal trough conveyors。 The great advantage of spiral conveyors, however, is that they permit a large exchange surface to be achieved over a small floor space,with a long path and a correspondingly long residence time。 At the end and to safe high quality of product we often offer our Vibratory Separators Type SRK, which are specially designed for operating with plastic pellets。 SRI{ screening machines have a slightly inclined screen and motor vibrators mounted laterally at a small angle of throw。 Screening can therefore take place with a very low vertical acceleration, ensuring that over length particles contained in the feed are conveyed flat across to the screen area without the risk of uprighting。 The motor vibrators can be adjusted through a given angle for optimum adaptation to the feed rate。
Finally the screening efficiency depends on the ratio of hole width versus particle size。

除了流化床干燥機(jī)。我們還有非常適合除濕干燥功能的其他設(shè)備,如指式、管式和螺旋輸送機(jī),采用冷卻水、蒸汽或熱煤油等作為熱交換介質(zhì)。或其他的熱交換裝置。其熱交換原理是通過(guò)產(chǎn)品床與熱交換器底部表面接觸,將產(chǎn)品床中的熱量傳遞給熱交換媒介。此外,我公司生產(chǎn)的所有振動(dòng)輸送機(jī)處理物料都具有溫和、無(wú)塵、衛(wèi)生和氣密性特征。接觸時(shí)間是熱交換的重要因素??梢酝ㄟ^(guò)精心選擇拋料角、頻率、振動(dòng)幅度和傾斜角度等參數(shù)滿足具體的工藝操作要求。
在很多方面螺旋輸送機(jī)同水平式輸送機(jī)相似。螺旋輸送機(jī)的最大特點(diǎn)就是占用很小的樓面面積,達(dá)到最大的熱交換面積。為了達(dá)到更安全的高品質(zhì)產(chǎn)品??梢栽诼菪斔蜋C(jī)上下游安裝我們的SRK系列振動(dòng)篩,這是一款專為塑料顆粒處理而設(shè)計(jì)的特殊設(shè)備。SRK振動(dòng)篩篩網(wǎng)輕度傾斜,振動(dòng)電機(jī)安裝在兩側(cè),拋料角度較小;所以只要很低的垂直加速度就能篩分,保證了進(jìn)料中所含的較長(zhǎng)顆粒能夠平躺著滑過(guò)輸送區(qū)域而不會(huì)出現(xiàn)被豎起來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。通過(guò)調(diào)整振動(dòng)電機(jī)角度優(yōu)化并適應(yīng)喂料速度。最終的篩分效率還要取決于塑料粒徑和篩孔寬度的比率。
記者:近期貴公司推出了哪些新的除濕干燥設(shè)備。并簡(jiǎn)單介紹該新產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)?
Michael Bathon:Next time we will take a lot of our effort to optimize our new system for drying/cooling/crystallizing/powdering of bulk materials like plastic pellets or similar products。
In opposite to classical/traditional Fluidbed systems our new system will operate very effective with much lower quantity of air supply and exhaust air flow rate。 Further it will be able to operate with a high accuracy, means a very tight deviation of the residence time by using our special developed conveying mechanism, so at the end all single particles of any bulk material will remain to nearly the same time inside of this new developed system。
